So, About My Blog...

We Made it! The end of the blog posts for CURRINS 547! This is sort of a bittersweet moment for me as I sort of enjoyed creating this digital landscape! It really got me engaging fully with my own and other people's writing.  The blog that I would specifically love to give a shoutout to is definitely my good friend Mackenzie Arndt! My favorite of hers is entitled "How Writing Became Amazine"! She always has the best insights with the most professional voice! I have thoroughly enjoyed tuning in week after week to her blog posts!

I would say my most creative blog post was definitely my post about my writing process entitled "Putting the 'Explore' Back into 'Explore and Consolidate" . My favorite part of this post was how I included the playlist that I listen to while I write at the end of my post! It put a smile on my face and the playlist even got some likes!

I would say my most professional post is definitely my reflection on working with some young writers, entitled "My Experience with Young Writers Thus Far!" I felt that I have gained so much experience on this topic this year that I felt that I had some good points to contribute that could be helpful to others!

My favorite blog post in terms of multimodel design has got to be my post entitled "Growing up with The Post Button". I felt like after I wrote this post, I really felt my own voice contributing to my writing. I even included a screenshot of me as a middle schooler which I thought really contributed to the points I was making in my writing.

My most civically engaged post was my post about the water narrative I had to read entitled "Multi-Modality Inspires" . This post had me engaged in real-world social activism through the PSA I made about access to water. This required me to do some research on organizations, conflicts, etc., and apply that in a multi-model genre.

I hope these blog posts were engaging throughout this semester! I had a good time writing them! I hope as you read this,  you picture me in the form of the picture above! Tapping away in a multi-model fashion!

  1. Thanks for the shoutout :). I think your writing throughout the semester has reflected great use of voice and style. Even if I didn't know you, I feel like I could tell a little of who you were through your writing. As you said, this is all bittersweet!
